We’ve been building and remodeling homes since 2005. Our clients are located throughout the Bay Area, primarily in the South Bay and Peninsula. Projects range from complete rebuilds, new constructions, ADU construction, room additions as well as kitchen and bath upgrades. Focused on quality and craftsmanship, you can see we’re meticulous with the details — from using screws on wood floors to avoid squeaks to Type L copper pipes which are 50% sturdier than standard piping.  Construction projects are notoriously complicated and our clientele are busy professionals. Our clients appreciate that we manage the entire process, from start to finish. We pride ourselves in hiring qualified and courteous crews, keeping job sites clean and well organized.

Mehdi Vatani – CEO & Owner

Twice laid off from tech-sector sales positions, Mehdi Vatani, Valley Home Builder’s CEO, switched gears. He parlayed his woodworking hobby into a job as a laborer carpenter with a framing and foundations company. When he gained enough experience, his knowledge of sales and financials helped him start Valley Home Builders.
