Our ADU Design and Build Process

We are a custom ADU builder that always puts you and your family first. Our staff comes up with a solution for your property on a timeline that you can feel comfortable with.

Valley Home Builders starts your ADU project by visiting your property to learn more about your vision. You can work with one of our representatives to schedule an initial visit at a time convenient for you. Once we learn the scope of the project, we will have you come into our main office in Santa Clara where we will organize a design contract. This takes a maximum of three months to complete before we build. We can work off existing design plans or start from square one.

Once we finish the design contract, our interior designers and project developers will come up with an accurate estimate for the entire cost of the ADU plan. Thanks to our value engineering team, we can tailor your design to fit your exact budget while maintaining quality. Finally, Valley Home Builders seeks your approval for the ADU project, and construction begins on the specified date.
