Design & Planning

Once you decide you're ready to see what's feasible on your property, our project consultants will work with you in two to three phases, depending on your build type. Phase 1 begins our site study, project scope, preliminary designs, and price estimations for your project. Phase 2 begins the creation of your architectural plans and additional city construction documents. If you choose to build with us, signing a Construction Agreement allows us to submit your documents to the city for a building permit. In the meantime, you'll work with our interior designer to finalize selections before the build starts.

At our first meeting, we’ll do a walk-through of the spaces you want to remodel and discuss your ideas, lifestyle, budget, and timeline to determine the scope of work. At this point, we’ll be able to tell you what the approximate cost and duration will be based on projects we’ve done that are similar to yours.

Build & Completion

After acquiring your building permit, you'll be introduced to your project manager who ensures a smooth and transparent building experience. Use your client portal to stay up to date with timelines and invoices. Once your build is complete, we'll do a final walkthrough to ensure everything is to your liking, answering or fixing any final minor details. Voilà! You're new home is ready for move in.
